From 2007 to 2009 she played Nadine Crowell in the soap opera General Hospital. Her most well-known role is Adalind Schade on the TV series Grimm that she has played since 2011. Coffee also played Cassie Tatum in The West Wing which aired in 2003. Coffee has been a regular role as Janie in the series Franklin and Bash between 2011 between 2011 and 2012. The actress has also appeared on some episodes from the TV show Yes, Dear, Cold Case, Strong Medicine, NCIS, Bones, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, Psych, CSI: Miami, The League, Royal Pains and The Good Guys. Claire Thile, a Nickel Creek musician, married Claire in the year 2013.
